Our Proven Process For Scalable Growth

With over 25 years of sales, marketing, and operational experience, we understand the challenges facing small business owners who need someone they can trust to not only show them what needs to be accomplished but, can execute on the plan as well.

More than lead generation tactics to generate short-term results, the Demand Architect Blueprint is a comprehensive long-term approach to scaling your business. Our process does not stop at providing you the plans. We work alongside your team to execute on the plan, building the foundation and teaching how to measure and improve on results month over month. Developing the Demand Architect Blueprint involves analyzing areas such as:

  • Industry knowledge base (Persona development, competitive intel, messaging, etc.)
  • Sales and Marketing processes (Sales cycle, lead scoring, nurturing, routing, qualifying, etc.)
  • Demand Generation sources and programs
  • Lead Capturing processes (landing pages, forms, etc.)
  • Technology review
  • Segmentation usage
  • Metrics or KPIs used for reporting
  • Sales and Marketing staff and leadership assessment

Analyze

The process begins with an extensive evaluation of specific areas within the sales, marketing, and operations departments, gaining insight into the current systems and processes – if any – being used.

This data is gained through working directly with all the key stakeholders in the company. Most companies in this stage of growth are working with very little documented processes. We spend time onsite with individual players in each area learning the “tribal knowledge” of how things are currently accomplished.

Once the evaluation is completed, we present our findings along with a clear comprehensive set of recommendations called the Demand Architect Blueprint.

Implement

During this phase, we engage with the team and begin the process of building the foundation. Following the Blueprint, we develop and build out the systems and processes, training the teams on their use.

Execute

All the best strategies or plans will mean nothing if you do not execute on them consistently. Change management is a big part of this phase. Demand Architect supports your team, ensuring the processes are followed and that change is adopted.

Measure

Measuring the results of all the work is a key part of the process. If you never measure and understand if you are heading in the right direction, you will never know if you made it. During the implementation phase, KPI’s and reporting were put in place to accurately measure success. We will use these to gather the data needed for reporting results.
